As a highly ethical family run company it is fundamentally important to us to create the right environment on and around our sites, keeping workers, visitors and local communities safe and well.

The health, safety, wellbeing and welfare of our people is of paramount importance and we work hard to ensure everyone goes home fit and well.

All Schofield projects are managed by our qualified, experienced and professional staff who engage fully and collaboratively with our supply chains and local communities in a transparent and effective way to remove hazards, to reduce risks and to deliver projects safely.

Additionally, we employ an external team of independent Health and Safety auditors who undertake unannounced safety audits on our sites. They also deliver Health and Safety talks, bulletins and training to our staff, site operatives and supply chain to ensure everyone works together to achieve site environments that provide security, wellbeing and full protection from harm and stress.
