Cassidy Street Fire and Training Station

The work carried out included:

• Asbestos Removal
• Structural steel renewal
• Internal drainage alteration
• IPS, Cubicle and full washroom renewal
• New DDA compliant reception desk

Description of Works

Alterations to carpark and resurfacing, refurbishment of toilets, alterations to reception area and new fit out, refurb and alteration to the breakout area and first aid room.

The training faciality was kept open during the works so we had to coordinate all our works in line with the training calendar plan.

To ensure that we would not cause any disruption, we would segregate off areas and carry out certain noisy and destructive work out of hours
