Commercial Unit – Leigh

The construction of a two-storey office building and warehouse facility, complete with staff car parking, concrete yard facility and expansive storage areas for a major civils contractor. Situated on a reclamation site, the foundations required piling along with in-situ reinforced concrete ground beams. Being next to Pennington Flash brook, all the top water drainage discharged into the river through an attenuation system via a one-way valve. The adopted road required a major pavement crossing and connection of all public utilities.
