Complete interior fit-out with high-spec finishes including:
Floor coverings
New ceilings
Modern lighting
Wall finishes
External Improvements:
Full window replacement.
Installation of external fencing.
Extension of the car park to improve accessibility.
Ensuring DDA (Disability Discrimination Act) compliance throughout the facility.
Building Extension:
Addition of an extension on the East elevation incorporating two lift shafts.
Installation of lifts by a specialist contractor.
Project Overview:
The MS Therapy building, a three-story structure, had been abandoned for a decade. Our task was to extend, fully restore and modernise the facility to meet contemporary standards, ensuring it could serve its purpose as a therapy centre for patients requiring oxygen therapy.
