Description of Works
Alterations to carpark and resurfacing, refurbishment of toilets, alterations to reception area and new fit out, refurb and alteration to the breakout area and first aid room.
The training faciality was kept open during the works so we had to coordinate all our works in line with the training calendar plan, we would segregate off areas and carry out certain noisy and destructive work out of hours.
We had to install the new external cladding around the front of the engine bays, that proved to be challenging working with the exiting engines and tying in cladding to the auto bay doors.
A new main drainage connection had to be made for the extension, this involved a deep trench running through the rear access road that the engines used to access the rear of the bays.
