Internal Works:

Racking Removal: Complete removal of existing racking systems throughout the entire warehouse.

Fire Protection: Implementation of fire protection measures on the existing steel portal frame structure.

Floor Painting: Painting of the warehouse floor to improve durability and aesthetics.

M&E Services: Stripping back of mechanical and electrical services for refurbishment.

Office Refurbishment: Refurbishment of the office space, covering a total of 3,000 square metres.

External Works:

Concrete Repairs: Carrying out necessary repairs to the external concrete structures.

Fuel Bomb Tanks: Removal of existing fuel bomb tanks and restoration of the area.

Roof Repairs: Undertaking roof repairs using recoating systems to ensure longevity and leak prevention.

Cladding and Windows: Painting of existing cladding systems and windows to enhance appearance and protection.

Loading Docks: Servicing and remedial works on loading docks, including curtains and automatic roller shutters.
